My question
hi. i met a problem while studying. could u help me solve?
sketch a region A defined by y > x2-2, y < x and x>1. thanks i wait to hear from u

Inequalities
What I've done so far
I couldn't graph any of it and don't know what to do with x>1

I think this is the answer of the graph you are saying.

I believe you meant `y>x^2-2` and not `y>2x-2`?
If so, Vince's answer would not be correct.
It's good to make use of the math entry system, then everyone is clearer about what you mean.

Re: Snow Rider
To graph an inequality, first draw the boundary line as if it were an equation. Use a solid line for ≤ or ≥, and dashed for < or >. Then pick a test point (like (0,0)) to see which side of the line to shade — that’s your solution region.
